Delivery to the Netherlands and Belgium:

A carpet will be shipped by parcel service with PostNL. Our order system shows the possible delivery times between 1-2 working days. Did you order a carpet in combination with your sofa? Then they will be delivered in one time by BR8.

Delivery to Germany and Austria: 

The carpet will be shipped by parcel service with PostNL and will be delivered between 2-5 working days.

Delivery to the Netherlands and Belgium:

After placing your order we will process it and you will receive a Track&Trace code by e-mail from BR8 in name of By SIDDE to follow your shipment. PostNL will try to deliver the shipment at the indicated time (Monday to Saturday between 08:00 and 21:00), if you are not at home they will try to deliver it to one of your neighbors, otherwise you will receive a bill in your mailbox stating when they will try again. In most cases the next working day.

Some items are too large to send with PostNL. Like our carpets. These are delivered with [email protected], a sister company of PostNL. If you have ordered a small item together with a larger item, then it may be that they are delivered separately from each other. Have you ordered a carpet with your sofa? Then they will be delivered at once by BR8.

Delivery to Germany and Austria: 

After placing your order we will process it and you will receive a Track&Trace code by e-mail in name of By SIDDE to follow your shipment. PostNL will transfer the shipment to HERMES Parketversand. HERMES will offer you the shipment (Monday to Saturday between 08:00 and 21:00). If you have ordered a carpet together with a sofa, the transporter deliver together.

Vacuum your carpet regularly with a soft vacuum cleaner nozzle.
