Delivery to the Netherlands and Belgium:
A cushion is shipped by parcel service with PostNL. In our ordering system possible delivery times are indicated between 1-2 working days. Have you ordered a cushion in combination with your sofa? Then they will be delivered at once by BR8.
Delivery to Germany and Austria:
A cushion is shipped by parcel service with PostNL and delivered between 2-5 business days.
Delivery to the Netherlands and Belgium:
After placing your order we will process it and you will receive a Track&Trace code by e-mail from TSN in name of By SIDDE to follow your shipment. PostNL will try to deliver the shipment at the indicated time (Monday to Saturday between 08:00 and 21:00), if you are not at home they will try to deliver it to one of your neighbors, otherwise you will receive a bill in your mailbox stating when they will try again. In most cases the next working day.
Have you ordered a cushion with your sofa? Then they will be delivered at once by TSN.
Delivery to Germany and Austria:
After placing your order we will process it and you will receive a Track&Trace code by e-mail from TSN in name of By SIDDE to follow your shipment. PostNL will transfer the shipment to GLS/HERMES Parketversand. GLS/HERMES will offer you the shipment (Monday to Saturday between 08:00 and 21:00).
If you have ordered a cushion together with a sofa, the transporter deliver together.
Clean the cushion occasionally with a soft vacuum cleaner nozzle. For leather cushions, wiping with a cotton cloth is sufficient.
