Guarantee

By SIDDE makes its sofa collection with great care and guarantees a long lifespan if it is maintained with care and attention. More information about the materials we use can be found at Product information.

In addition to the legal guarantee (which means that, a product must meet what the consumer can reasonably expect from it), By SIDDE provides a 5-year construction guarantee. The construction guarantee concerns the interior of the sofa, that is the wooden construction and the suspension. By SIDDE gives this excellent guarantee because our products are of high quality. Do you still have a warranty issue? Mail to our employees via [email protected] and we will find a solution for you.

You will also receive a 5-year Protexx stain guarantee, which we have purchased for you from Oranje BV. The stains below are included in the Protexx stainguarantee. 

Beverages, such as:

-   Coffee, tea, chocolate milk

-   Coke and fruit juices

-   Wine, beer and liquor

Foods, such as:

-   Ketchup, mayonnaise

-   Tomato sauce and gravy

-   Peanut butter, chocolate and marmalade

-   Butter, milk and other oil-based stains

Excretions of humans and mammals, such as:

-   Body oil

-   Vomit

-   Sweat

-   Urine

-   Blood

-   Feces

NOTE: dirt on the upholstered furniture caused by normal use is not covered by the warranty. Jeans stains are not covered by the warranty. A stain must be reported within 3 working days after it occurs. More information about the Protexx guarantee can be found on the Protexx stainguarantee. 

The warranty on a By SIDDE rug is 2 years, this is in accordance with the legal guarantee. Legal guarantee means that a product is or must do what the consumer can reasonably expect from it.
