When the hocker is ordered together with a sofa, it will be delivered by our carrier. If only the hocker is ordered, shipment will take place by parcel service.

Hocker Pelle is constructed from a wooden carcass, with metal nosag springs. On top of this is a Bonell inner spring with high resilience foam and memory foam. Pelle's seating comfort is different from the other By SIDDE sofas, because in Pelle we use a top layer of memory foam. For this, the seat molds to your body. When you stand up, the memory foam slowly returns to its original shape.
Depending on body weight and intensity of use, the filling and springs decrease in stiffness by 10% in the initial phase. The foam will eventually remain constant at 85% of its new value.
In use, space will space in the fabric which may cause slight creasing, this is normal.

Delivery to the Netherlands and Belgium:
We do not deliver hockers from a stock. If you have made your choice, we will make the hocker especially for you. Within 3 weeks we deliver the hocker for free to your home by GLS. Have you ordered a hocker in combination with your sofa? Then they will be delivered at once by TSN.
Delivery to Germany, Austria, France and Poland:
We do not deliver hockers from a stock. If you have made your choice, we will make the hocker especially for you. Within 4 weeks it will be deliverd with GLS.
The hocker is packed in a cardboard box. The dimensions of the packaging are:

The legs must be secured with screws.
The hocker is included with the ordered sofa and delivered to your home by our carrier.
Delivery to the Netherlands and Belgium:
Do you order a hocker separately? Then it will be shipped with GLS. After your order, we will process it and you will receive a Track&Trace code by e-mail from TSN on behalf of By SIDDE to follow your shipment. PostNL will try to deliver the shipment at the indicated time (Monday to Saturday between 08:00 and 21:00), if you are not home they will try to deliver it to one of the neighbors and otherwise you will receive a bill in your mailbox stating when they will try again. In most cases the next working day.
Delivery to Germany and Austria:
Do you order a hocker separately? Then it will be shipped with GLS/HERMES. After your order, we will process it and you will receive a Track&Trace code by e-mail from TSN on behalf of By SIDDE to follow your shipment. GLS/HERMES parcel shipping will offer you the shipment (Monday to Saturday between 08:00 and 21:00).
You can keep your hocker beautiful and hygienic for longer by cleaning it regularly. By SIDDE advises you to apply the tips below for even more pleasure from your hocker.
Avoid direct sunlight
Under the influence of sunlight, all fabrics discolour to a greater or lesser extent over time. Cotton fabrics are especially sensitive to this. It is best to avoid direct sunlight on furniture as much as possible.
Vacuum the furniture once a week
Dust particles get everywhere, including into furniture! Dust is difficult to see on furniture, which is why many people postpone maintenance. We recommend vacuuming furniture once a week from the time of purchase. To do this, use a nozzle with a soft brush that is only used for this purpose. Make sure the nozzle does not have any protrusions that could damage the fabric.
Textile cover
Smooth the upholstery carefully. For fabrics with a nap, always vacuum with the nap. In this way you will also remove dust particles such as sand which will cause wear over time.
